Terms and Conditions
1. The New Year Promotion will run from 1 January 2021 to 31 January 2021. Qrocery reserve the right to end the promotion at any time.
2. Make a purchase with a bill total of more than MVR 100 by visiting the Qrocery store in person, ordering by Viber or ordering online from Qrocery.store website, to receive a coupon (printed at the bottom of the receipt) for Daily Lucky Draw and for Grand Prize Lucky Draw.
3. Visitors to the store can fill in the coupon and place it respectively in the Daily Lucky Draw box and Grand Prize Lucky Draw box kept in the store. For customers ordering via Viber and from the Qrocery.store website, store staff will fill in the coupon and send a video clip of the coupon been placed into the lucky draw boxes.
4. For the Daily Lucky Draw, winning coupon for the previous day will be selected by a store staff member in the morning before store opens. A video clip of the Daily Lucky Draw selection will be posted on Qrocery’s social media accounts.
5. The winner will be informed by Qrocery and customer’s total bill amount will only be refunded back to their BML Bank Account. Qrocery will contact the mobile number provided on the coupon to request to send customer’s bank account via Viber. Qrocery will only transfer the bill total to the bank account provided via Viber.
6. For the Grand Prize Lucky Draw, winning coupon will be selected by a store staff member on 1 February 2020. A video clip of the Grand Prize Lucky Draw selection will be posted on Qrocery’s social media accounts. The winner will be informed by Qrocery and arrangements will be made for the grand prize to spend a one night holiday in a resort for 2 people.
